The ACTS program has benefitted hundreds of children, teens and their families throughout the Mid-Columbia region over the past twenty-two years. We offer a Saturday Sports Program, ACTS After School, High School/College sports and numerous events. Through these activities we develop friendships with students which gives us the opportunity to mentor young people and guide them in the right direction through the difficult challenges they face these days.

Sellers & Donors Check-in: Friday, August 13^th, 4 pm - 8 pm

Bring items to The Dalles Armory, West 6^th & Webber Streets in The Dalles.

 

Consignment items are available for the duration of the sale, with 50% of the sales proceeds going to the consigner, 50% to the ACTS Youth Program. Consignment items not picked up between 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM on August 14^th, 2010 will be sold at the Half-Price Sale and are the property of ACTS, with the entire sales proceeds going to the ACTS Program.

 

Items Accepted for Consignment / Donations:

We accept sports and outdoor equipment for kids and adults. All items should be in good condition. (See note about Non-Serviceable Items below)

 

Questions About Pricing:

If you are donating items, we will price them for you. For consignment, we recommend you price to sell as unsold items left for the half-price sale result in no consignment money back to you. Buyers are looking for a bargain, so set prices accordingly.

 

Non-Serviceable Items:

Please make sure the items are working and clean. Dirty or broken equipment will not be accepted.

 

Unsold Items:

Unsold consigner items may be picked up between5:30 and 6:00 PM Saturday, August 14th. You must first check in with the Inventory table and retrieve your Inventory Sheet. Proceed into the sales area to pick up your unsold merchandise. Volunteers at the doors will check items off their sheet and make sure that you are taking the correct items.

At 6:00 PM all unsold consignment items become the property of ACTS. Unsold items left after 6:00 p.m. will be sold at 50% with all proceeds benefiting the ACTS Youth Program. Any remaining items after 7:00 PM will be donated to charity.

 

Sale Proceeds:

All sales are final. We will make every effort to mail checks to consigners within two-three weeks after actsbay LIVE!
